Hotel Beaumont Independent & Assisted Living is located in the heart of downtown Beaumont.625 Orleans Street, on the corner of Fannin Street and Orleans Street. We are located next door to the Jefferson Theatre. Phone: 409-835-4503.

When can I take a look?

What paperwork is needed for admission?

A History and Physical and Medication Orders form completed by your doctor, available by clicking here . We also would need documentation that is in place for Guardianship, Power of Attorney, Living Wills, DNR, and other end of life issues. Check with the staff for details.

What type of payment is accepted?

Hotel Beaumont Independent & Assisted Living Community is a private pay residential community and has 15 Medicaid beds through the CBA (Community Based Alternative) program. Also, long term care insurance and veterans benefits often pay for assisted living, check with your insurance provider or local veterans office for details. We are licensed for Assisted Living.

How soon can a resident move in?

Fast. As soon as a room is selected, the paperwork is completed, an assessment for residency is done, and moving arrangements are finalized. It’s easy and we are here to help.
